The Decision on the Exchange of Kuna Cash in Withdrawals regulates in detail the handling of kuna cash after the day of the introduction of the euro

- method of packaging, storage, storage insurance, and another handling of the kuna
- dealing with cash kuna money samples
- dealing with kuna that is suspected of being counterfeit.
On the other side, the decision to supply banks with euro cash regulates the method of providing banks with euro cash on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, which the Croatian National Bank carries out.
These are two additional steps toward the final introduction of the euro as the official currency in the Republic of Croatia.
