New draft laws have just been published by the Serbian Ministry of Finance

The following acts have just been published on the website of the Ministry of Finance:

• draft law on amendments to the law on value-added tax;
• draft law on amendments to the law on electronic invoicing
• draft law on amendments to the law on tax procedure and tax administration;
• draft law on amendments to the law on fiscalization;

Amendments to the first two acts will enter into force on January 1, 2023, while amendments to the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration and amendments to the Law on Fiscalization will enter into force on the eighth day from the date of publication.
