Summary
The Chamber of Deputies approved the Ministry of Finance's proposal to repeal the Act on Registration of Sales, which is set to take effect on January 1, 2023. The legal requirement to electronically record sales, which had been halted for nearly two years due to the COVID epidemic, will therefore no longer apply as of the beginning of next year. The law will now be considered by the Senate.
