Latest update on the abolition of the EET in the Czech Republic

While we await the Senate's decision, we discovered that there were also proposals on the table suggesting that the possible voluntary reporting of sales in the EET would benefit tax subjects because the reported data would be presumed to be correct. However, the current draft stipulates cancellation without exceptions.
From this, we can conclude that, even though EET will be abolished, reporting will be required.
