The final versions of the amended fiscal laws in Serbia have been published.

On November 18, 2022, we reported about the draft laws regarding VAT, E-Invoicing, Tax Procedures, and Fiscalization being published by the Serbian Ministry of Finance on their official website. This time, we are reporting that the final versions of those laws were published in the "Official Gazette of RS,"  number 138 of December 12, 2022. In the following, we unveil what they include.

• The Law on Amendments to the Law on Value Added Tax
• The Law on Amendments to the Law on Electronic Invoicing
• The Law on Amendments to the Law on Fiscalization
• The Law on Amendments to the Law on Citizens' Income Tax
• The Law on Amendments to the Law on Contributions for Mandatory Social Insurance
• The Law on Amendments to the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration
• The Law on Amendments to the Law on Terms of Settlement of Financial Obligations in Commercial Transactions
• The Law on Amendments to the Law on Property Taxes

Considering that we’ve already covered the most important changes these laws have brought in the field of fiscalization, it is worth noting that the final versions of the adopted texts of the law do not differ at all from the drafts
