What are the main changes in the newly presented regulations for cash register requirements in Poland?

As we already announced, two new changes in regulations for cash registers have been introduced by the Polish authorities. Those are the Regulation of the Ministry of Development and Technology in Poland that entered into force on March 16, 2023, and the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of March 3, 2023, amending the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of April 29, 2019 on cash registers.
