According to the Trade Act, businesses have the freedom to determine 16 working Sundays in a year, starting July 1st, 2023. To comply with fiscalization requirements, businesses must incorporate working hours, specifically Sundays, into the fiscalization system. This can be achieved by marking all Sundays as non-working days on the working hours card and subsequently marking only the 16 working Sundays as exceptions, providing the dates and corresponding working hours for Sundays.

Taxpayers subject to fiscalization are granted one month, until August 1, 2023, to implement changes to their business hours in the fiscalization system. During this time, businesses should make the necessary adjustments to accurately reflect the designated working hours, including Sundays, in the fiscalization system.
