Latest update: e-inovice and Ksef are mandatory from July 2024 in Poland!

Recently, we published that the Senate in Poland has rejected Acto about e-invoices and their deadlines. But the Sejm rejected the resolution of the Senate, which was in favor of rejecting the act introducing the National e-Invoice System. So, what does that mean here?

For small and medium-sized enterprises exempt from VAT, the use of KSeF will be mandatory later, from January 1, 2025, and for most taxpayers, from July 1, 2024. The Sejm rejected the Senate's resolution, which blocked the obligation to apply the KSeF on July 1, 2024. In the next step, the act will go to the President, who will most likely put his signature on it.

Summary: The KSeF will enter into force in accordance with the early-scheduled date.
