The new Law on fiscalization in the Republic of Srpska: how to treat discounts?

The new Law on Fiscalization in the Republic of Srpska introduces a new system of issuing and controlling fiscal receipts for goods and services sold in the country. This law is not yet in practical effect, but it can soon be changed. The law on fiscalization brings various novelties to the way different functions and processes are done on the fiscal device. In that regard, one of the aspects of the new system is the treatment of discounts given during sales transactions.
