If you are a foreign natural person who performs activities in Slovenia, you will use the tax number that you previously received as a natural person. However, you will also need to file an application for entry of data on the performance of activities (edavki DR-03 form) with the Tax Administration.
You can submit the completed forms and the required documents in person, through an authorized person, or by post to any finance office except the General Finance Office and the Special Finance Office. The certificate of assignment of a tax number will be sent to you by post or issued on the spot if you deliver the application in person.
You have an obligation to notify the Tax Administration of any changes or new data (such as an address, bank account, etc.) within eight days after they occur. You can use the same forms (DR-02, DR-03, or DR-04) or any other document with the relevant information to report the changes.
