In accordance with the fiscalization legislation in Montenegro and the online system that has been established, there is a possibility to verify if the receipt is issued in a proper way, or, in other words, to verify its validity.

This can be performed in two ways: scanning the QR code and entering a special number from the receipt: IKOF or JIKR. Customers can check their receipts 90 days from the day of issuing the receipt. Also, in cases where verification does not seem to be possible, photographing the receipts for further checking by TA is possible.
