Those are:

  • Monthly SAF-T due by the 5th day of the month as of 2024 (the rule that was announced a month ago but is effective from 2024 until the 8th day of the year 2023 is allowed as a grace period) day of the month following the reporting period.
  • From January 1, 2024, PDF invoices in Portugal must include a qualified electronic signature. The Portuguese government has made various adaptations to the fiscal calendar to facilitate compliance with the requirements announced by Decree Law No. 28/2019. which means that Form 2024 PDF invoices without electronic signatures will not be treated as valid.
