New document was uploaded: Fiscalization and vending devices, SCO, RVM, OPT in Romania

The purpose of this document is to explain the relation between fiscalization and some special devices used for selling, such as self-checkouts, vending machines, outdoor payment terminals, etc. Are they subjects of fiscalization or not? Is there an obligation to issue a fiscal receipt? And are there some special rules that need to be met to be able to use these devices?
