The Croatian Tax Administration has published a new version of the user instructions on the registration of business premises. The new 2.3 version of this document brings changes to the timeline for reporting changes to business premises.

From November 23rd, 2023, in the portal application Fiscalization—Registration of Business Premises, the deadline for reporting business premises status changes (opening, temporary, and permanent closing of business premises as well as for entries of changes to individual cards within the application) was extended from 30 to 45 days before any change.
