New fiscalization in Spain: data protection and inspection procedure

As a reminder, the official law that introduces fiscalization in Spain was published at the beginning of December. Besides the fiscalization requirements that computer systems must meet, certain rules must be respected in order for the whole fiscalization system to be in compliance with other tax-related rules and also with the data protection rules.
