The Republic of Srpska Government adopts a new decree on activities not requiring electronic fiscal devices.
Also, gambling and betting activities are included in the computer system of the Ministry of Finance, and in this way, their traffic is recorded and monitored, as well as the activities of religious organizations, which will not need to use electronic fiscal devices.
The obligation to record turnover via an electronic fiscal device does not exist for the activity of selling agricultural products produced on one's family farms directly to the final consumer in the production facilities of rural and family farms or for the sale of one's own agricultural products on stalls in markets, on stalls outside markets, and in open spaces.
The exemptions outlined in the regulation are applicable solely to activities executed in a distinct manner, making it challenging to employ new electronic fiscal devices for recording. However, this does not absolve the obligation within these domains to generate invoices or other documents mandated by material regulations and diligently document all income for tax purposes, as clarified in the official press release from the Public Relations Bureau of the Government of the Republic of Srpska.
