The method of sending and the processes carried out for sending data to the Tax Administration and issuing the fiscal receipts are as follows:
- The taxpayer, through the software solution, sends a message to the server of the Tax Administration with data in XML format regarding the transaction.
- The Tax Administration Server sends the taxpayer confirmation of receipt of the invoice by giving this invoice a unique code (NIVF, or Unique Invoice Identification Number).
- The taxpayer issues the printed receipt (which includes the NIVF) to the client.
The registration and sending invoices to the Tax Administration can be verified by the customers by scanning the QR code on the receipts.
