Summary
The draft royal decree about the technical requirements of the new billing systems introduces rules for some of the requirements of the Spanish fiscalization systems. But the official Ministerial Order and some new rules are still awaiting publication. However, from the named draft, we can see more rules that must be supported when new fiscalization is applied.

One of the rules is that the computer system must be capable of detecting and recording different events when they occur, such as the installation or initial start-up of the computer system, the start of operation of the computer system as a VERI*FACTU system, the end of the operation of the computer system as a VERI*FACTU system, the launch of the anomaly detection process in billing records, and others.

Moreover, the computer system must generate, for each hour that it has been operational and available for use, at least one summary record of the events that occurred since the previous event summary record was generated, or from the time of the installation or initial start-up of the system if no previous event summary record was generated.
