AADE: The Greek platform for registering appointments for the cashier-POS interconnection is in operation.

On Friday, March 15, 2024, by the decision of the Governor of AADE, George Pitsilis, the Register of Technical Support Services was put into operation. FIM installation and support technicians should register on this platform for the scheduled appointments with businesses that are obliged to interconnect their cash systems with POS. The deadline for the declaration of scheduled appointments that should be implemented within April is April 1, 2024. The application is available at myAADE > Applications > Other Services.

Companies obliged for interconnection should check the information on the platform "Register and Contact or Company Details" on the digital portal "myAADE" after the submission of the Declaration of Information by the technical support companies. As of March 23, they will be able to express any disagreements with the registered data by selecting the relevant indication. Subsequently, the FIM technical support company will be informed through the AADE to proceed with the necessary corrections.  It is noted that businesses for which no scheduled appointment has been declared by March 22, 2024, will receive an email to immediately find a technical support business.
