Namely, when the prices of goods and services are indicated twice, the prices in euros and in levs must be placed in close proximity; they must be written clearly, legibly, unambiguously, and easily understandable, with the same font size, in a way that does not introduce users to delusion. Also, during the period of double indication of prices, traders will be obliged to indicate only the final prices in BGN and in Euro.

In terms of discounts, when announcing a reduction in the prices of goods and services, which is expressed in absolute value or as a percentage, the seller can make a double indication of the prices of goods and services only in relation to the final price paid by the consumer.

In the period of double circulation, when payment is received in cash in BGN or in euros, the merchant will be obliged to do returns of the change in euros. Also, in the period of double circulation, in the event of a complaint about a product or service, the merchant returns the amount paid in euros. A refund of the amount paid in cash in BGN is allowed only if the merchant does not have sufficient current availability to return the amount in cash in euros.
