Fiscal subject related
Content
This version, v. 1.7, of the technical guide introduces an update in the ESIR questionnaire, specifically in chapter 16, titled "Form and content of the fiscal receipt." This amendment addresses the intricacies of showing articles, i.e., items on the receipts, ensuring clarity and compliance with fiscal regulations.
A notable change is the definition of the "second issue" format within the ESIR questionnaire. Question 8, which inquires, "Does the receipt show the items?" now stipulates that the second number must adhere to the GTIN format if a GTIN (Global Trade Item Number) is not present. This adjustment underscores the Tax Authority's commitment to maintaining and adding updates as the transition to the new fiscalization progresses.
