During this transition period, access to the e-Invoice and e-Waybill portals, as well as e-Document inquiry services, was temporarily unavailable. Taxpayers registered for these applications were still able to issue documents as printed paper invoices (e-Arşiv invoices).
To ensure timely delivery of documents, it is recommended that any planned electronic submissions be completed before the transition begins.
This move is part of Turkey's ongoing efforts to modernize its electronic invoicing processes and improve efficiency in tax administration.
