Communication with public administration is about to become much easier. Starting January 1, 2025, the e-Delivery system in Poland, an electronic equivalent of a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, will be available. This new tool promises numerous benefits and will become mandatory for certain entities from the start of the new year.
Legally, it is equivalent to traditional paper letters in communication with public institutions, companies, and private individuals. The system is based on Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS) and several Polish legal acts.

- From April 1, 2025: Non-public entities registered in the National Court Register before January 1, 2025.
- From July 1, 2025: Non-public entities registered in CEIDG by December 31, 2024, if they make changes to their entry after June 30, 2025.
- From October 1, 2026: Non-public entities registered with CEIDG by December 31, 2024.
- From October 1, 2029: Local government units, courts, tribunals, and law enforcement agencies.
