Fiscal subject related
The Tax Administration of the Republic of Srpska has published a new version of the Technical Guide for issuing approval for elements of the electronic fiscal device in this country. The changes are aimed at the suppliers of electronic systems for issuing receipts (ESIR), both those who are in the process of approval for their solutions and those who already have ESIR approved.
The updated version, version 1.11, is following the last changes from September 2024. when the previous version was published.
The Tax Administration also announced in the same text that these changes require all suppliers of the fiscal device element/s to comply. Therefore, the changes are relevant not only for those who are currently in the certification process for their electronic system for issuing receipts (ESIR), but also for those who previously had certified to be in all requirements in accordance with the new version—v.1.11.
More precisely, the suppliers who have been granted approval for the electronic system for issuing receipts (certified ESIR) are obliged to harmonize them with version 11 of the Technical Guide by March 31, 2025, at the latest.
What do the changes concern? The ESIR questionnaire was changed, namely, the chapter 16 of this section. In this part, changes were added concerning "form and content of the fiscal receipt," with additional clarifications and added elements for customer ID, recording total value without VAT, etc.
