Greece’s new Decision A.1081/2025 extends the compliance deadline to 31 December 2025 for businesses that have interconnected their cash systems with payment instruments but do not yet fully meet the technical protocols of A.1098/2022 and A.1155/2023. The extension applies to setups where payment instruments restrict manual amount entry to prevent manipulation, provided the Payment Instrument Providers have informed AADE.
