Ministry of Finance of Poland Launched Demo of KSeF 2.0 Taxpayer Application

On November 15, 2025, the pre-production environment (Demo) of the KSeF 2.0 Taxpayer Application was made available by Polish Ministry of Finance. The demo version allows users to test the new system ahead of its official launch on February 1, 2026.

The pre-production environment enables taxpayers to issue and receive invoices under conditions similar to the upcoming production version. All actions performed in the demo are for testing purposes only and have no legal or tax consequences.

Users can log in with their real credentials (such as Tax Identification Numbers) but must use dummy invoice data. Information entered in the demo will be periodically deleted.

Features Available in Demo:

• The KSeF 2.0 demo application allows users to:
• Issue, receive, and view invoices and corrections in FA(3) format
• Search and download invoices in XML, HTML, or PDF
• Use QR codes for invoice access
• Manage permissions and apply for certificates
• Download official receipt confirmations
• Access invoices issued offline
• Generate and handle tokens (until December 31, 2026)
• Independent Testing Environment

The demo operates separately from the MCU module introduced in November 2025. Certificates and permissions granted in the production environment are not valid in the demo, and vice versa.

Officials say the demo will help optimize performance and incorporate user feedback before the full rollout in February 2026.
