Mexico Publishes Updated List of Registered Foreign Digital Service Providers

Mexico’s tax authority has published its updated list of 270 foreign digital service providers registered in the RFC as of the fifth two-month period of 2025, reflecting three new additions and one removal. The semiannual list ensures transparency and VAT compliance by identifying registered non-resident digital platforms operating in Mexico.

The Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT) has released its latest list of foreign digital service providers registered in the Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC), covering up to the fifth two-month period of 2025. The list is available on the SAT website and in the Official Gazette of the Federation.

Foreign companies providing digital services to users in Mexico, without a permanent local presence, must register in the RFC. The list includes each company’s legal and commercial name, country of origin, registration date, and tax identification code, while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data.

For this period, 270 providers are listed, including 3 new registrations and 1 removal compared with the previous update in September 2025. SAT updates the list twice yearly to ensure transparency and proper VAT compliance in Mexico’s digital economy.
