The Italian Revenue Agency has published updated technical specifications for electronic invoicing. The new format, version 1.9.1 dated March 31, 2026, will become mandatory starting May 15, 2026.
The updates refer to:
- Introduction of a new control on invoices with code 00327.
- Updated accreditation procedures for WS and SFTP channels.
- New coding for the AltriDatiGestionali block, specifically for income invoiced exempt from sports workers
- Revision of the maximum number of available recipient codes.
