Poland extends fuel VAT cut to Mid-May

The Polish government has officially extended the temporary reduction of VAT rates on specific fuel products. Originally set to expire at the end of April, the lower rates will now remain in effect until May 15, 2026. 

The change was formalized through Regulation No. 573, published in the Polish Official Gazette on April 27. The measure is designed to provide continued relief to consumers and businesses facing high energy costs.
