Montenegro switched to electronic fiscalization of turnover and services

So far, more than 1,000 taxpayers have switched to electronic fiscalization of turnover and services and 1.3 million receipts have been registered so far. The deadline for switching to the new fiscalization system is set for June 1, 2021, for economic entities and thus comply with the legal obligation. If economic entities do not switch to the new fiscalization system within the legally prescribed period, fines up to 40,000 euros could be imposed for any irregularity that is noticed.
