The Public Revenue Office has warned companies testing the e-Invoice system to use only the official e-Invoice project website for information, instructions, and downloads.

Companies involved in testing should follow the guidance published on the official e-Invoice wiki and submit questions or suggestions through the official contact email, Kontakt.eFaktura@ujp.gov.mk, or through the tax agents with whom they are already in contact.

The Public Revenue Office also reported that unofficial Chrome Web Store extensions have appeared, claiming to support the electronic signing process for PRO e-Invoices. These extensions were not developed by the official e-Invoice project developer.

Therefore, the required browser extensions for e-Invoice should be downloaded exclusively from the official e-Invoice wiki page dedicated to the browser extension. This is important for security, correct testing, and avoiding the use of unauthorized tools during the e-Invoice pilot phase.
