Fiscal subject related
Starting January 1, 2027, invoices will no longer be issued through cash registers. Instead, they must be issued exclusively via the KSeF system- e-invoicing system.
To prepare for this change, the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Poland has published a draft regulation on the RCL website. From 2027, all references to invoices and cancelled invoices — including those in fiscal reports — will be removed from the regulation.
On June 9, the Ministry of Finance held open consultations on upcoming changes to KSeF. This was the first in a series of meetings, with more dates to be announced soon.
One key proposal is to keep tokens as a permanent login method for KSeF beyond December 31, 2026. The Ministry is also considering adding expiration dates for tokens, along with the option for automatic renewal.
