Federation of BiH has published new amendments on the Rulebook of the fiscal systems and documents

It’s highly important to know what does the Rulebook on the amendment on Rulebook on fiscal systems defines? It allows the usage of the fiscal devices/systems which are used today in compliance with the Rulebooks and Regulations which are still applicable until the mandatory fixed deadlines for change of fiscal devices which will be defined through the regulation covering the obligatory timeline of changing the “old” devices with “new” ones.

Following Rulebooks have been published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina:
- the Rulebook on amendments on the Rulebook of the fiscal systems and
- the Rulebook on amendments of the Rulebook on fiscal documents.

Rulebook on the amendment on Rulebook on fiscal systems defines that it is allowed to use the fiscal devices/systems which are used today in compliance with the Rulebooks and Regulations which are still applicable until the mandatory fixed deadlines for change of fiscal devices which will be defined through the regulation covering the obligatory timeline of changing the “old” devices with “new” ones.

Until 01/09/2021 the initial fiscalization of the fiscal devices which are used today and which can be used, according to the Rulebook on fiscal systems (defined in Article 42. Paragraph 1), can be done by the official servicemen. 

The Rulebook on amendments on the Rulebook on fiscal documents defines that the fiscal documents can be issued according to Article 48. paragraph 1 of this Rulebook, until the deadline, will be defined for the compulsory change of the fiscal devices.

This will be precisely and strictly defined by the regulation on the exchange of the used devices with the new devices
