General information
The Assembly of the Republic of Portugal has appealed to the Government through the resolution, to change the procedure for the delivery of the SAF-T(PT) file.
The recommendation of the Assembly is related to the necessity of the more in-depth discussion and analysis for the mandatory delivery of the Standard Audit File for Tax Purposes (SAF-T) related to accounting, reconsidering the procedures for its submission.
The Assembly addresses to the Government to conduct, prepare and publish a comparative study, within three months that analyzes the experiences of other EU countries that have implemented the mandatory delivery of the SAFT- file.
