This document explains how gift cards are sold and then used following current legislation in Slovenia. The gift card can be in physical (paper) or electronic form (magnetic card). Besides, there are two kinds of gift cards and vouchers: 1. Single-purpose vouchers (sold with VAT included in their price) 2. Multi-purpose vouchers (sold without VAT included)
