Simplified invoices in Poland – in all probability from 1 July 2021

The draft includes a number of changes that will probably enter into force on July 1, 2021. On the basis of the regulations currently in force, it is not possible to issue collective invoices to fiscal receipts constituting simplified invoices.

The draft provisions of the minister of finance ordinance show that from July 1, 2021, it will be obligatory to show simplified invoices collectively. This amendment is intended to regulate the collective showing of NIP receipts up to the amount of PLN 450 considered as simplified invoices without showing each such receipt separately in the records.
