Montenegro passed the Decree on the procedure for reading the fiscal memory of the cash register
Summary
Montenegrin Government passed Decree amending the Decree on the procedure for reading the fiscal memory of the cash register. The amendments specify the existing solutions that stipulate that to read the cash register's fiscal memory, the taxpayer submits the cash register to the authorized service within five days from the day of transferring the registration of transactions via electronic toll device and notifies tax administration.

The Decree also stipulates that after reading of fiscal memory, the memory must be – unless the authorized official of the Montenegrin Tax Administration notices irregularities regarding the state of the cash register’s fiscal memory.
