Termination of the obligation of Hungarian taxpayers concerning the sale of drinks
Summary
Please note that Hungarian taxpayers do not have an obligation to notify The Hungarian National Tax and Customs Office (hereinafter NAV) in advance of the sale of beer, still and sparkling wine, other still and sparkling fermented beverages, alcoholic products at occasional events, public sale, fair or market from July 1, 2021.

From now on, the eviction as described will no longer have to be reported on the electronic form NAV_J33.
