Also, to help Albanian businesses by giving them the right time to understand and implement this important reform, The General Directorate of Taxes pointed out that the fines for non-application according to the legal effects of Fiscalization have been forgiven until January 1, 2022.

Albanian General Directorate of Taxes will continue to have an awareness and advisory approach, for all entities through 2021 regarding Fiscalization. A plan of measures has been prepared, based on the information on the Fiscalization status of each entity, to understand the problems and provide support by the Tax Administration.
