The Ministry of Finance in Serbia has announced the Draft Law on amendments to the new Law on fiscalization

The Government of the Republic of Serbia determined the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Fiscalization and sent it to the parliamentary procedure. Please read more to find out how will this Law on Amendments affect the solution in the law.

The proposed solutions in this new regulation will affect the suppliers of the electronic fiscal devices, which, according to the proposed legal solution, can only be residential legal entities. This means that only those entrepreneurs to whom the TIN number has been given in accordance with the records governing the tax procedure and tax administration will be able to register as suppliers in the new system.

In addition, the proposed legal solution if it gets adopted will affect all taxpayers of fiscalization in Serbia that will be able to apply it gradually depending on their technical and organizational readiness.

With this solution conditions are created for the economic entities, especially those who have more business premises, to move gradually to a new model of fiscalization without compromising their businesses at the same time.
