Serbian Ministry of Finance has announced a new Internal Technical guideline for the e-invoicing system

This Technical guideline consists of the specification for the custom application of the standard EN 16931-1 for electronic invoices in internal trade in the Republic of Serbia, framework specification of the application interface for immediate access to an e-invoicing system as well as the path and data about the access to the e-invoicing system and registration in this system.

Other than that, the mentioned guideline consists of other information in terms of the user roles on the new Tax authorities e-invoicing system.
