Let us remind you, 9% VAT is currently levied on books, food, non-alcoholic drinks, wine, and beer served in establishments, general baby foods, and diapers. For the proposed legislation to be passed, Bulgaria needs to format functioning parliament, which can only be formed after the November 14 early general election.
