Changes to the current system of traffic control through fiscal cash registers in the technical sense have been proposed, which creates the legal basis for the introduction of a new fiscalization system.

This draft law regulates the subject, taxpayers and the fiscalization procedure. It is planned that the prescribed data from the fiscal device will be taken over through the software application of the Tax Administration of Republika Srpska, based on the processor of fiscal receipts of each taxpayer. As it is added, in order for such a system to fully function, it is necessary that every time an invoice is issued, the invoice is signed with a local security element from the local fiscal device.

The new generation of fiscal devices is based on quality and advanced security elements and the capabilities of the device, including the ability to print and scan QR codes.

In addition to printing, it will be possible to issue a new generation of fiscal receipts in other ways, such as sending by e-mail, application, SMS, displaying the QR code on the screen.

The new fiscalization management system will have databases on the turnover of all goods and services because, in addition to issuing invoices, invoices will be issued to legal entities through it.

Also, the Government of Republika Srpska decided to relieve the business community and proposed that the cost of initial fiscalization be borne by the Republic.
