Poland introduces changes related to the use of printers!

Last week, the government's Legislation Center has published a draft regulation on technical requirements for cash registers. According to this draft regulation, the cash registers used in automatic sales records-vending machines, e.g. in a car wash, will not need a printer.

The regulation will enter into force on the day following its promulgation. The change contained in it assumes that some cash registers will not have to be equipped with printers that are their structural element. According to the draft regulation, the automatic sales records will not need to have a printer included, so they will not be required to fulfill other requirements, such as required data for printing, issuing fiscal reports, etc.
