On the other hand, maintaining the sales volume criterion at the current level, i.e. PLN 20.000,00 for entities continuing and starting the business activity. Meaning: a taxpayer will not have to have a cash register, whose turnover from sales to natural persons not conducting business activity and lump-sum farmers in the previous year did not exceed PLN 20,000.
The limit of PLN 20.000,00 will be kept at the same level as before, and, according to the government's announcement, it won't be different in 2022 and 2023.
There are also changes in regulation regarding automatic sales devices such as car washes. They will no longer be able to use the exemptions from cash registers in 2022. The exclusion from exemptions from cash registers in 2022 will not apply to entities providing such services immediately. The new regulation gives entrepreneurs time to adapt devices to the new requirements until the end of June 2022. Cash registers in automatic car washes will become mandatory from July 1, 2022.
