This emerges from the draft of a law introduced by the federal government on the establishment of the business plan of the ERP special assets for the year 2022 (ERP business plan law 2022) ( 20/336 ). According to the draft law, in particular, medium-sized commercial enterprises and members of the liberal professions are to receive low-interest loans and equity capital with a total volume of around 9.8 billion euros.
