On January 4th, 2022 The Ministry of Finance in Serbia published the updated list of activities for which there is an obligation of recording trade through the electronic fiscal device in the new fiscal model. This list contains codes and names of activities for which there is an obligation to record transactions via electronic fiscal devices, and according to the old Regulation, those activities were exempted.

The new Regulation defines a smaller number of activities that are exempt from recording turnover through electronic fiscal devices in relation to the Regulation on determining activities for which there is no obligation to record turnover through the fiscal cash register ("Official Gazette of RS" No. 61/10, ... 100 / 14, hereinafter: the old Regulation) which ceases to be valid on 1st of May 2022.
