External specifications for B2B E-invoicing in France

The French Ministry for Economy, Finance, and Recovery has issued external specifications regarding new E-invoicing rules and procedures.

The external specifications file brings together all the documents describing the exchange formats with the public invoicing portal as part of the generalization of electronic invoicing, as it results from article 153 of the Finance law for 2020 and article 195 of the Finance law for 2021.
