What can the operator do if the NAV has blocked the cash register?
Unblock procedure:
Because the blocking was caused by the interruption or restriction of the cash register data connection service,
– the operator must contact the communications service provider, who provides the service providing the data connection, and arrange for the service to be restored,
– if the service has been restored, the communications service provider shall notify the NAV that the reason for the interruption or limitation of the service has ceased,
– on the basis of the signal of the communications service provider, the NAV automatically unblocks the cash register by sending an "electronic message" to the cash register,
– the NAV sends a notification of the lifting of the blockage to the cash register (printing of technical information document) and to the operator's storage space (KÜNYtárhely or Company Gate),
– the cash register can be used again after the blocking has been lifted.
