The purpose of this document is to explain whether vending sales devices are subjects of fiscalization, in other words, whether there is an obligation to issue invoices via special invoice software or not. Is it necessary to send the SAF-T file, or is it not? Are there any special rules for these kinds of obligations, as well as many others?
